About the role

I am seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be based in our headquarters in [City, State] and reports directly to the Director of Projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including updates, risks, and issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction and real estate industry practices
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Understanding of contract law and negotiation
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
