About the role
We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Food Service Manager to our Corrections team. As a food service manager, you will oversee food quality, preparation, and production while training and managing a team of food service professionals.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and retain a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
- Ensure the operation delivers high-quality food and friendly service.
- Ensure the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role.
- At least two years’ food service experience.
- Proven track record of financial responsibility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Qualifications (Nice-to-haves)
- ServSafe Manager certification.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree.
