About the Role

Our Floating Commercial & Property Porter, part of our SOS Team, plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, physical appearance, and curb appeal of our residential and commercial neighborhoods. This adaptive position ensures our Neighbors and commercial residents feel at home, well-cared for, and proud to live in our Neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of residential and commercial neighborhoods
• Provide support to management, leasing, and maintenance teams across the portfolio
• Work with teams of various sizes and Neighborhoods ranging from 100 to 1,000 units
• Solve problems creatively and collaborate with others to deliver exceptional service

Requirements

• Some custodial or apartment experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to perform essential duties quickly and efficiently without supervision
• Strong time management and adherence to standards in a customer service environment
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Physical ability to stand, climb, balance, sit, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Qualifications

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
• Visual acuity and ability to perform repetitive motions

Pay

Compensation Pay Range: $18.50 to $19.75 per hour, with a Discretionary Semi-Annual Bonus Plan and other bonuses/incentives such as Referral Bonus, Renovation Bonus, Lease-Up Bonus, and Leasing & Occupancy Contests.
