Floating Branch Associate I (Teller)

About the role

A community bank headquartered in Ambler, Pennsylvania is seeking a Floating Branch Associate I (Teller) to work full-time, floating to all Ambler Savings Bank branches as needed. Ambler Savings Bank is a local community bank that gives back to the communities it serves and promotes from within, training staff for future promotions.

Responsibilities

• Providing the Bank's customers with superior customer service
• Processing transactions efficiently and accurately, such as deposits to accounts, check cashing, loan transactions, and withdrawals from accounts
• Operating a teller station
• Maintaining an adequate and accurate cash drawer and balancing the cash drawer daily
• Establishing a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services to provide recommendations to customers or potential customers
• Adhering to all policies and procedures of the Bank as well as applicable regulations and laws
• Being available for opening and closing of the branch office
• Providing staffing support to all branches

Requirements

• Previous cash handling experience required
• Must be available for opening and closing of the branch office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Previous branch/teller experience preferred but not required
