About the role
As a Floating Assistant Community Manager with Bell Partners, you will support the Community Manager in various tasks such as training, financial administration, and leasing support at multiple properties within a designated market or region.
Responsibilities
- Post rental collections and make bank deposits
- Meet regularly with the Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss community performance
- Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changes
- Maintain and update resident lease files and computer records for the community, including generation of reports
- Process notices to vacate & manage delinquency/file evictions as necessary and all associated collections activities
- Field resident concerns and coordinate resolution with the Community Manager or other members of the leadership team
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Community Manager
- Regular attendance and punctuality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong collections experience and accounting/bookkeeping skills
- OneSite/Rent Roll experience preferred
- One to two years of property management industry experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Previous leasing experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
- Onesite knowledge preferred
- Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service and successfully work on a team
- Superior interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to walk, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials
- Ability to work with heights and move heavy objects

Pay
Hourly: $25.00 - $30.00
Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance-based.
Schedule
This position does not have a single designated worksite. Instead, this position is expected to travel between and perform work at multiple properties within a designated market or region.
