Responsibilities

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions
• Follow written/verbal directives
• Stand or walk constantly (for multiple hours, up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet, grass, dirt)
• Maintain security by monitoring security cameras
• Respond to public inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Aid in investigations concerning loss/damage of client property
• Execute post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure, and other directives
• Collect and document detailed statements, write reports, and conduct interviews professionally

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• Pass a background and drug screening
• Be available to work all shifts
• Understand, interpret, and follow rules, instructions, and lawful orders
• Show physical stamina and dexterity
• Have knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Identify and report safety hazards within the building
• Communicate with appropriate staff and adhere to all mandated safety requirements
• Display good written and verbal communication skills
• Obtain a Guard License (may be required)
