Float Teller
About the role
This full-time position is based out of the Main Bank facility for Central Bank of Branson but will float to any of our 5 branches as needed to perform Teller duties. The Teller works in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for advancement, providing a variety of teller account services and serving as the face and voice of our company. This role offers the chance to work in a relationship business, get to know customers, and genuinely care about their financial well-being by providing solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner, including lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM transactions.
- Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable.
- Actively listen to customers and communicate in a friendly, positive manner, even in difficult situations.
- Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards.
- Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services, ensuring recommendations are customer-centric.
- Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
- Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement.
- Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays 8:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Flexibility is required, with no overtime unless approved by management.
Pay
Additional hourly floater incentive pay applies for this position.
