About the role

Hilltop School is a nonprofit early education program committed to providing high-quality learning experiences for children ages 18 months to 5 years. Teachers at Hilltop create engaging, play-based learning environments and develop weekly curriculum aligned with Maine's Early Learning and Development Standards.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a supportive team
• Build relationships with children across multiple age groups
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive

Requirements

• Full-time, year-round position (40 hours/week)

The shift for this position is 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Pay

Salary is commensurate with experience.
