Float Staff (Teacher / Assistant Teacher / Aide)

About the role

Our Resource (Float) Teachers support all classrooms by covering lunch breaks, vacations, and assisting across age groups. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork. Our owner and leadership team are on-site daily from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM to support our faculty.

• Participate in ongoing training

Qualifications

We are hiring at all levels:

• Teacher: AA/CDA + 2 years experience OR Bachelor's in ECE (or related) + 1 year experience
• Assistant Teacher: 12 ECE credits or Bachelor's degree; experience preferred
• Aide: High school diploma/GED; experience preferred
• Must be 18+ years old
