Float Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Join the Benedictine float team and bring your talent to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents. The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment. The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• Demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.

Requirements

• Hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse (RN).
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
• Must have current state licensure as a RN.

Skills

• Knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay

$46.80 an hour

Schedule
