Float Registered Nurse

We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Registered Nurse for a 32-40 hour position for the South Shore area.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care in the patient’s home, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and working collaboratively with the patient’s physician to provide optimum care. You will coordinate care and identify the need for other services in the home, and travel/float throughout the following areas: Hanover, Norwell, Marshfield, Rockland, Abington, Whitman, East Bridgewater, West Bridgewater, and Bridgewater.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the patient’s home.
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with the patient’s physician to ensure optimum care.
- Coordinate care and identify the need for additional services in the home.
- Travel/float throughout designated areas as required.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Nursing license in good standing.
- Registered Nurse (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of nursing experience required.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize and triage patients.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work within a team structure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and access resources for patients.
- Strong computer skills.
Pay
$44/hr. - $55/hr.+ based on experience.
