Role Overview

NorthStar is now hiring Full Time CRNA's for their Floating role in Northern VA. The position offers great clinical leadership, autonomy, and an excellent work environment, particularly for those who enjoy regional anesthesia.

THE FACILITY

  • Required Locations: Inova Mount Vernon Hospital, Inova Alexandria Hospital, Inova Franconia-Springfield Ambulatory Surgery Center, Inova Oakville Ambulatory Surgery Center

  • Optional Locations: Inova Fairfax Hospital, University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center

  • Patient Settings: Community hospitals and ASC's within a 20-mile radius of each other

CASES INCLUDE

  • Adapt to a variety of case types and clinical environments

  • Base Pay: $140/hour (approx. $291,200 annually based on 40 hrs/week)

  • Extra Shift Rate: $165/hour

  • Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 with a 3-year commitment w/ annual forgiveness

  • Self-Schedule! No Nights, Weekends, Call Shifts or Holidays required

  • Minimum 32 hours guaranteed per week

  • Typical schedule: 4–5 shifts/week (8-hour shifts) Monday–Friday only

  • PTO: 7 weeks
