Float Pool Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across multiple medical-surgical units
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and monitor patient status
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
