Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

About the Role

This is a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in an internal float pool, requiring 12-hour day or night shifts. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Provide efficient nursing care, contribute to clinical assessments, ensure patient safety, and support team supervision to achieve positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current licensure or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification as required.

Schedule

Full-time, 12-hour day or night shifts.
