Float Patient Relations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Aid patients in understanding their insurance coverage and benefits.
• Help patients navigate the healthcare system and resolve medical bills.
• Advocate for patients by assisting them in accessing care and retention.
• Manage the welcome visit and orientation process for new patients.
• Inform patients about applying for public benefits and Extra Help for prescription drugs.
• Collaborate with the clinic management team on operational activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster patient engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Computer skills: Ability to use multiple computer programs like Gmail, MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Experience with helping patients or customers understand their insurance coverage.
• A passion for working with others to create an unmatched patient experience.
• A problem-solving orientation and a flexible and positive attitude.
• Sales background preferred.
• Experience with and a supportive attitude toward our patient population of older adults.
• Proficiency in non-English languages as required by center's demographics.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $21.10 - $40.90 per hour or $44,000 - $85,000 annually. The actual pay will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, and location.
