We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: description (mission, role description) maybe "About the role". It includes "Responsibilities" (Essential Duties, Float Responsibilities). It includes "Requirements" (Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required). It includes "Qualifications" maybe overlapping with requirements; but we can treat "Requirements" as qualifications. It includes "Skills" maybe not separate; but we can embed within requirements. It includes "Pay" (Salary Grade info). It includes "Schedule" (Assignments may vary based on program needs and may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts; also Float Responsibilities mention flexible schedule). So we can include Pay and Schedule sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, application deadline? Actually application deadline is maybe considered metadata but not required? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Application deadline is maybe considered application instruction? It says "Application Deadline: This position will remain posted until filled. We encourage applicants to apply by 10/13/2026 for priority consideration." That's application instruction; we should remove it. Also "Equal Opportunity Employer" boilerplate remove. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include mission statement, description of role, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, pay, schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay section we have actual numbers, so include. Schedule: we have shift info. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide what goes into each section. Possible sections: - About the role (or maybe "Position Overview"): includes mission statement and description of role. - Responsibilities: includes Essential Duties and Float Responsibilities (maybe combine). - Requirements: includes Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required, plus certifications, age, driver's license, background check. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements; but we could combine. However we need to avoid thin sections. Could have Requirements covering education, experience, certifications, etc. Could have Skills separate? But we have many skill-like items within duties. Might be better to have "Requirements" and "Skills" separate? But the posting lumps knowledge, skills & experience together. Could treat that as "Requirements". Then we could have "Skills" maybe not needed. But we need to follow instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Schedule. That's five sections. Check if Benefits section exists: none specific besides maybe implicit benefits? Not mentioned. So we omit Benefits. Now we need to extract content. About the role: mission statement and description: "At Jefferson Center, it is our policy and our mission to be inclusive and mindful of the diversity of everyone who comes through our doors. We are passionate about building a community where mental health matters and equitable care is accessible to all races, ethnicities, abilities, socioeconomic statuses, ages, sexual orientations, gender expressions, religions, cultures, and languages. The Residential Counselor Float ("Milieu Counselor") provides direct care, supervision, crisis intervention, and recovery support services across Jefferson Center's residential continuum, including Youth Residential Recovery (YRR), Youth Crisis Stabilization (YCS), and Adult Withdrawal Management (AWM) programs. This position is designed to provide staffing flexibility and continuity of care by covering vacancies, vacations, leaves, high-acuity needs, and census fluctuations across residential programs. The Residential Counselor Float works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while supporting clients in stabilization, recovery, skill development, and treatment engagement. Assignments may vary based on program needs and may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts." We can put that in

. Responsibilities: list of duties. We have Essential Duties (a long list) and Float Responsibilities (short). We'll combine into a

      with
    • items. Need to preserve all substantive information; we should not omit any duty. However the list is long; we need to include each bullet as
    • . We'll need to parse the Essential Duties paragraph which is a sentence with many duties separated by periods. We can split into separate items based on sentences. Let's extract each duty: Essential Duties paragraph: "Provides milieu management, guidance, safety, stability, and direction to clients in early recovery from a trauma-informed lens. Note: "Note: Employees are held accountable for all duties of this job. This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the job." This is boilerplate? It's a disclaimer; maybe we should keep? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's a generic statement. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, and application instructions. This note is not application instruction; it's a generic disclaimer. Might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to keep? It's not substantive about the job; it's a disclaimer. I'd lean to omit as it's not specific duty. But it's not duplicated. However it's not adding value. I'd omit to keep concise. Now Requirements section: includes Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required, plus certifications, age, driver's license, background check. Let's extract: "Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (psychology, counseling, human services, or social work) and preferably one year of documented work experience in behavioral health, preferably in substance abuse treatment.A high school diploma, or equivalent and one year’s experience in the human services field may be substituted for the required college. Applicants will go through an extensive background check including but not limited to: FBI, CBI, TRAILS, Drug Screening, Sex Offender Checks." We need to format as list items. We can break into items: - Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (psychology, counseling, human services, or social work) and preferably one year of documented work experience in behavioral health, preferably in substance abuse treatment. - High school diploma or equivalent and one year’s experience in the human services field may be substituted for the required college. - Addictions Certification (CAT/CAS) preferred; applicants hired without certification must obtain CAT or CAS within 18 months of hire. - Must be at least 21 years of age. - QMAP Certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire. - Current CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire. - Valid Driver's License with a driving record that meets agency requirements. - Applicants will go through an extensive background check including but not limited to: FBI, CBI, TRAILS, Drug Screening, Sex Offender Checks.
