About the role
This role can consider either an LPN or a Certified Medical Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the appropriate use and stewardship of medical supplies and equipment to support patient safety and operational efficiency

- Observes and records patients’ conditions and reactions to medications and treatments
- Reviews appointment bookings and prioritize patients in emergency situations to maintain timely flow
- Responds to and return incoming telephone calls in a timely manner and instruct patients and families regarding medication and treatment instructions
- Prepares exam rooms, restock treatment areas, and disinfect exam tables and counters
- Fulfills other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and the public
- Able to travel and handle a variety of practices, people, and protocols
Qualifications
- High School Grad or Equiv
- Technical/Vocational School
- 1+ year of experience in a practice setting
Skills
- Able to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English effectively

Pay
$17.11 - $40.09 per hour
Schedule
Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm, and weekends 8am-5pm
Location
Will provide support to Urgent Care clinics between Daytona, Deland, Orange City, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, Palm Coast & New Smyrna areas. Mileage support is provided.
