Responsibilities
- Deliver training in accordance with the company Flight Training Operations policies
- Instruct trainees using various training devices effectively
- Evaluate the progression of trainee crews
- Provide written performance reports after training sessions
- Assess the need for additional training to ensure proficiency
- Contribute to the improvement of training documentation
Qualifications
- Airline operations experience of at least 3 years
- FAA ATP or Commercial Instrument Rating with Multi Engine certification on the company Aircraft
- At least 4000 total flight hours, including 1500 hours in a jet category aircraft
- 1500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)
- Fluent in English, capable of instruction and reporting
- Simulator Instructor experience with A320, A330, or A350
- Ability to document trainee performance comprehensively
