Flight Test Engineer / Principal Flight Test Engineer
for each section used. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, citizenship, application period, etc.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include placeholder text.
We need to decide which sections to include.
We have content for About the role (description, location, relocation, clearance, travel). We'll put that in About the role.
Responsibilities: essential functions list.
Requirements: maybe basic qualifications? But we have Qualifications heading for preferred qualifications. Could treat Requirements as basic qualifications (education/experience, clearance, SAP/PAR, etc). However the basic qualifications also include proficiency in Microsoft Office, IADS, prior flight test experience, system-level analysis, communication skills, self-motivated, etc. Those could be considered Skills. But we have Skills heading separate. Let's allocate:
- Requirements: basic qualifications (education/experience, clearance, SAP/PAR). Might also include "Must have an active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance." and "Ability to obtain and maintain initial Special Program Access (SAP/PAR)."
- Qualifications: preferred qualifications (in depth knowledge/test experience including control room monitoring, Active Top Secret clearance).
- Skills: technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and IADS or equivalent; prior professional experience in Flight Test; strong technical background with ability to perform system-level analysis and evaluation; outstanding written and oral communication skills; self-motivated, thorough, detail-oriented; focus on safety, quality, mission success.
But note that some of those overlap with requirements. However we must preserve all substantive info; duplication is okay as long as we don't invent. We can split.
Alternatively we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section but headings are separate; we can include both if they have content.
We must not create sections with filler text. So each heading must have real content.
