Job Description
We are Lockheed Martin Flight Test Control Engineer for Navy & Marine F-35 test aircraft at Patuxent River NAS, Maryland. The successful applicant will provide Flight Test Ground and Operations engineering support.
- Coordination and implementation of pre-flight and post-flight activities to ensure aircraft's test readiness including issuance and closure of documentation relating to work performed on the aircraft as well as coordination of aircraft modifications.
- Position is responsible for control and tracking of aircraft configuration, coordinating and staging of support equipment, and coordinating with other organizations associated with test readiness.
- This position will act as the principal focal point between maintenance and engineering personnel.
- The ability to interface with all levels of project management is desired.
Basic Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
