Flight Simulator Instructor

Responsibilities

• Train new pilots in the use of the Phenom 300 Type Rating
• Ensure adherence to company standards and operational procedures
• Work closely with the executive team to select hand-picked aviators
• Provide feedback and guidance to pilots to maintain high service culture
• Utilize state-of-the-art facilities to enhance training effectiveness

Requirements

• Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with multi-engine rating
• At least 1,500 hours total flying time
• Experience with the Phenom 300 aircraft type
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Pass a thorough background check
• Pass a drug screening test
• Pass a physical examination
