About the role
We are seeking a Flight Paramedic to join a team dedicated to safe patient transport by air, including scene call work.
Responsibilities
- Complete electronic patient care records
- Perform daily base checks
- Provide advanced life support from initial contact to hospital transfer
- Maintain competency through ongoing training
- Ensure all documentation and safety standards are met
- Assist with pre-mission briefings
- Support aircraft safety
- Fill shifts as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in 911 or critical care settings
- Current EMT-P license in the assigned area
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma
- FP-C certification within 24 months
Qualifications
- Preferred instructor certifications and NREMT-P certification depending on the area
