Flight Paramedic

About the role

Provide advanced pre-hospital and intra-hospital care during air transport, including scene call work. Complete electronic patient care records, conduct daily base checks, and maintain equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-mission briefings
• Assist with aircraft safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety standards to protect patients, crew, and equipment
• Maintain licensure and certifications
• Participate in ongoing training and education
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and emergency services
• Fill shifts as needed with flexibility
• Actively participate in safety and operational protocols

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a 911 or critical care setting
• Current EMT-P license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and trauma
• Advanced certifications like FP-C preferred and required within 24 months
