Pay

Starting range is $28.66–$49.63 per hour, dependent on experience. $18,000 annual area stipend.

Schedule

Two 24-hour shifts per week. Company-paid crew housing provided while on shift.

About the role

We’re hiring a Flight Nurse to work with our team of air-transportation experts to safely transport patients to and from medical facilities as well as respond to scene calls. Safety, effective and efficient patient care is a key pillar of our services; you’ll join a quality, professional team committed to high safety standards for crew and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assess each situation to determine the best course of action to support, monitor, and treat patients in critical-care scenarios.
  • Utilize critical-thinking skills to manage critically ill or injured adult or pediatric patients and support physicians’ orders.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment; perform regular equipment and base checks; comply with safety standards and briefings.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate professionally with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
  • Share shift-change information to transitioning teams and follow protocols to maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and records.
  • Maintain all required certifications and complete ongoing training for the position.
  • Demonstrate on-time reliability, professionalism, and adherence to elevated safety and service standards.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience as a licensed RN in an Emergency or Adult Critical-Care setting.
  • Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area.
  • EMT Certification and Trauma Certification in state(s) where required.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required prior to flight status (NRP provided during New-Hire Training).
  • Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) required within 24 months of hire date.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior flight experience.
  • Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.
