We are hiring a Flight Nurse to join a team dedicated to safely transporting critically ill or injured patients by air, including scene calls and transfers between medical facilities. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing patient conditions to determine appropriate care and support, supporting physicians’ orders, and managing adult and pediatric patients in critical situations.Maintaining a safe, clean, well-stocked aircraft environment, conducting equipment checks, and adhering to safety standards.Communicating effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partners to ensure smooth operations.Completing accurate documentation, sharing shift updates, and maintaining required certifications and ongoing training. Qualifications Include At least three years of experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN.Current RN license in the applicable state(s).EMT and Trauma Certifications as required, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications prior to flight status.Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) within 24 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications Prior flight experience and instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS. Additional details: The role involves two 24-hour shifts per week, with company-paid crew housing. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to safety and high-quality patient care.
