Responsibilities
- Air assessment to determine the best course of action for patient care.
- Manage critically ill or injured patients under the guidance of physicians.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment.
- Collaborate with air and ground teams, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
- Communicate effectively and share shift change information.
- Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and records.
Requirements
- Three years of experience as a licensed RN in an Emergency or Adult Critical Care setting.
- Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area.
- EMT Certification & Trauma Certification in state(s) where required.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required prior to flight status.
- Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) required within 24 months from date of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior flight experience.
- Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.
