About the role

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage critical care situations during air transport and scene calls.
• Support and execute physicians’ orders in high-pressure environments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional aircraft environment.
• Communicate effectively with air and ground medical teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of three years of emergency or adult critical care nursing experience.
• Current certifications: EMT, Trauma, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
• CFRN certification required within 24 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior flight nursing experience.
• Instructor certifications in relevant fields.
