Job Description

You will be the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for leading represented mechanics and avionics technicians in systems testing, ground checks, and flight operations.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for:

• Supervising crews of mechanics and avionics technicians, assigning work to meet tactical and strategic goals.
• Ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget while reviewing work for quality and efficiency.
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area and enforcing “Clean As You Go” tool-control practices.
• Conducting safety audits, identifying risks, and implementing mitigating actions in partnership with Flight Line Operations leadership.
• Managing training records, addressing certification gaps, and supporting employee-engagement initiatives.
