About the role

The role requires 21 years of age or older, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of customer service experience. Applicants must be fluent in English and Greek, able to speak clearly and loudly in emergencies, and have a valid passport.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Able to hear all types and ranges of sound
  • Passive drug screening and comprehensive background checks
  • Valid U.S. passport with 12 months validity remaining
  • Ability to travel to and from all countries United serves
  • Pass a functional reach assessment
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules

Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school graduate or GED
  • 2 or more years of college preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Ability to speak in a clear, concise, and organized manner
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand Greek fluently
  • Ability to hear all types and ranges of sound
  • Effectively communicate in high-stress situations
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Ability to operate electronic devices for required tasks
  • Valid passport with 12 months validity remaining
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
