Flexo Press Operators- 3rd Shift

Job Summary

C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking a Flexo Press Operator for their 3rd Shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am).

Job Functions & Responsibilities

- Lead in tearing down jobs and setting up jobs. - Follow set up procedures for given machines. - Complete tasks within adequate time limits to meet daily goals and schedules. - Ensure materials produced meet the highest quality standards for customer needs and specifications. - Work collaboratively in a team environment. - Minimize waste and help achieve production goals. - Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including employee health and safety, SQF, and GMP practices.

Qualifications

- Mechanical skills. - Experience operating flexo, narrow web, or wide web presses. - Problem-solving abilities. - Strong following instructions and basic computer skills. - Clear communication. - Ability to read and understand a tape measure.

Physical Demands

- Lift up to 100 lbs with assistance, and up to 70 lbs without. - Bend, twist, work from two-story heights, use step stools or ladders, and adjust shift hours for coverage or machine demands.
