Flexible Work - Entry Level Sales
About the role
Vector Marketing is interviewing immediately for part‑time sales representatives. Reps work directly with customers, explaining Cutco products and placing orders. No prior experience is required. The position offers competitive base pay, possible incentives, and flexible schedules that can accommodate classes or other work commitments.
Responsibilities
- Sell Cutco home products, primarily kitchen items and some gardening tools.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Take and process customer orders.
- Develop communication and networking skills through customer interactions.
- Participate in all required training to ensure success.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with people.
- Be 18 years or older (or 17 with a 2026 high‑school graduation).
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills.
- Positive attitude and reliability.
People who have succeeded in this role have backgrounds in admin, retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist, office work, server, landscaping, theater, sports, band, or other fields. No traditional work experience is required.

Pay
Representatives receive a base payment of $25.00 per qualified appointment, or commission, whichever is higher for the week. The base pay is guaranteed even during slower weeks, and a performance‑based commission adds additional earnings based on sales performance.
Schedule
Flexible scheduling is provided to accommodate each rep’s personal commitments. Some reps work as many hours as possible, while others choose a part‑time schedule around classes or full‑time jobs.
