About the role
Vector Marketing is interviewing immediately for part-time sales representatives. Reps work with customers, explaining Cutco products and placing orders. No prior experience is required. Competitive base pay with possible incentives. Flexible schedules accommodate classes or other work commitments.
Responsibilities
Representatives sell Cutco products used in the home, focusing on kitchen items and some gardening tools.
Requirements

- Must be 18 years or older, or a 17‑year‑old who will graduate high school in 2026

Pay
Representatives receive a guaranteed base pay of $25.00 per qualified appointment. Earnings are the greater of this base amount or commission for the week, with a performance‑based commission structure that increases with career sales (no length‑of‑service or annual resets). Even during slower weeks, reps are paid for every qualified appointment completed.
Schedule
Schedules are flexible and can be arranged around classes, other jobs, or personal commitments; representatives can work as much or as little as needed.
