About the role

Vector Marketing is interviewing immediately for part-time sales reps. Our reps work with customers, explaining our Cutco products, and placing any orders. No experience needed! Competitive base pay. Incentives possible. Flexible schedules to work around your classes or work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Sell Cutco products used in the home, focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools.
• No prior experience or knowledge about home goods or sales required.
• Work with people looking to build communication and networking skills.
• Receive all training needed for success.

• Representatives are paid the higher of a $24.00 base‑per‑appointment rate or commission each week; even during slower weeks, reps are paid for every qualified appointment they complete, regardless of sales results.
• Location – work locally after training; meetings and training held in the office.
• Flexible schedules – create a schedule that works best for you; work as much as possible or be super part‑time around classes or other jobs.
• Advancement – long‑term reps can move into management or career sales professional paths, even if starting part‑time with no experience.

Pay

Competitive base pay with a guaranteed $24.00 base‑per‑appointment rate; earnings are the higher of base pay or commission each week.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with people.
• Age 18+ (or 17 and a 2026 high school graduate).
• Willing to learn and apply new skills.
• People with experience in admin, retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist, office work, server, landscaping, theater, sports, band, or any field often succeed.
