Flexible Work - Entry Level Sales

Vector Marketing is interviewing immediately for part‑time sales reps. Our reps work with customers, explaining our Cutco products and placing orders. No experience needed! Competitive base pay with incentives possible. Flexible schedules allow you to work around classes or other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Sell Cutco home products, primarily kitchen and some gardening tools.
• Engage with customers to explain product features and benefits.
• Build communication and networking skills through customer interactions.
• Complete all required training provided by the company.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with people.
• Age 18+ (or 17 with a 2026 high‑school graduation, conditions apply).
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work flexible hours.

Pay

Representatives receive a guaranteed base pay (e.g., $26.00 per appointment) or commission—whichever is higher for the week. Even during slower weeks, reps are paid for every qualified appointment completed, regardless of sales results. Incentives are also available.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling allows you to work around classes, part‑time jobs, or other commitments. Some reps work as many hours as possible, while others choose a minimal schedule that fits their lifestyle.
