About the role

Vector Marketing is interviewing immediately for part-time sales reps. Our reps work with customers, explaining our Cutco products, and placing any orders. No experience needed! Competitive base pay. Incentives possible. Flexible schedules to work around your classes or work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Sell Cutco products used in the home, focusing on kitchen items and some gardening tools.
• Work with customers, explain products, and place orders.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Build communication and networking skills.
• Complete provided training to succeed in the role.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with people.
• Age 18+ (or 17 with a 2026 high school graduate).
• Willing to learn and apply new skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• No prior sales or home goods experience required.
• Successful reps often come from diverse backgrounds such as admin, retail, fast food, cashier, office work, server, landscaping, theater, sports, band, etc.
• Open to all ages and experience levels; no age discrimination.

Pay

• Guaranteed base pay not tied to sales; paid weekly.
• Performance‑based commission structure that increases with career sales performance.
• Representatives earn the higher of a base ($30.00 per appointment) or commission each week.
• Paid for every qualified appointment completed, even during slower weeks.

Schedule

• Flexible schedules designed to work around classes or other work commitments.
• Ability to work as much as desired or choose super‑part‑time hours.
