Flexible Support Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated Flexible Support Engineer with experience in 2nd line Support (both front & back office). In this role, you will work at different customer sites, providing technical implementations and receiving coaching from our team. Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line IT support in both front and back office environments
• Work on-site at various customer locations
• Perform technical implementations

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar IT Support role
• Proficiency in Dutch and French
• Flexibility to work in different customer environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
