About the role

The fast-growing, family-owned Dial-a-Nurse Home Health Agency is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide compassionate care to our clients. We offer flexible schedules and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding to clients
• Assist clients with medication administration and other medical needs
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to supervising nurses
• Ensure clients' safety and comfort during visits
• Document client care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Current CNA or HHA license
• At least 6 months of relevant experience (preferred)
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or equivalent certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of home healthcare regulations and standards
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
