Position Summary

This position provides personal care and/or home management tasks to clients requesting and eligible for Caregiver services, under the direction of the RN.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Practice within the scope of training, license, certification, or registration, where applicable, and as required by law and regulation.
• Performs tasks as delegated and directed by the registered nurse.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year caregiving experience, preferred
• Licensures & Certifications: (if applicable) Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
• Physical Requirements: Walking, standing, sitting, bending, reaching, twisting, crouching/squatting, kneeling, Flexion/Extension of arms/wrist, Hand dexterity to include gripping, pushing/pulling and writing
• Other Duties: Reports to work on time, ready for shift, and appropriately dressed for role. Consistently demonstrates Four Seasons values and competencies. Completes required orientation and on-going training. Participates in ongoing education and training offered by the agency and/or outside resources as required for role. Practices professio nal boundaries and behaviors and communication. Practices personal and environmental safety. Perform other duties as assigned by registered nurse, office manager, or director.
