Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs as needed
• Deliver telehealth and in-person services based on client and program requirements
• Analyze clinical data and make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through direct observation, coaching, training, and constructive feedback
• Partner with caregivers, families, and other professionals to promote consistency and client progress across settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with payer requirements, privacy standards, telehealth guidelines, and state regulations
• Proactively communicate any scheduling, technology, travel, or service-related challenges

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Active North Carolina LBA
• Experience in clinical supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration
• Reliable internet access and a private, professional setting suitable for telehealth
• Ability to travel for in-person services when required
• Strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and responsive communication
