About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for CNAs and PCAs to care for their clients. They have opened a new office to cover the Richmond area and are seeking compassionate caregivers to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
- Oral feeding
- Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Ambulation assistance
- Meditation assistance
Qualifications
- Minimum one year work experience
- Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training
- Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board
- Current PCA Certificate from approved educational institution
Benefits
- Base Pay: $17 - $18 / hour depending on qualifications
- Eligible for BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period
- Eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans if you work less than 30 hours per week
- Paid time off
- 24 / 7 on call clinical manager support
