Flexible Caregiver – Pick Your 4, 8, 12 Hour Day!

Qualifications

• At least 6 months caregiving experience or CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or willingness to train
• Valid driver’s license & vehicle with insurance
• At least 18 years old and able to lift at least 25 lbs
• Ability to pass a criminal background check & drug test

Responsibilities

• Companionship & conversation
• Mobility, transfers, light exercise
• Meal preparation & medication reminders
• Support with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Light housekeeping
• Occasional transportation (errands, appointments, outings)

Schedule

• Available shifts in/near Crozet: 4, 6, 8 hour (morning, afternoon, evening)
• 12‑hour day shift (8 am – 8 pm)
• 12‑hour overnight shift (8 pm – 8 am)

Pay

• Caregiver pay range: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
• CNA pay range: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
