Flex Security Supervisor - Unarmed

About the Role

As a Tactical Flex Security Supervisor / Officer, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly is crucial. This role requires physical ability as you will be moving and patrolling various environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Valid Driver's License (must be at least 21 years of age)
• Two years security supervisory experience, preferred
• First aid certification is an asset
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.96 (Supervisor) or $17.68 (Officer).

Schedule

Full-Time, 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm (Sat - Wed).
