Flex Security Officer's

Location: Cape Girardeau & Sikeston, MO

Pay: $18.50/hour

About the role

We help make your world a safer place. Weekend availability is needed, and you will be stationed at various site locations. This position offers the opportunity to gain knowledge in the various security solutions we provide to our clients while learning multiple facets of the business. Flex Officers will gain broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts and will be evaluated for leadership and further growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, or holidays.
• Assist in start-ups at new accounts, including working the site and training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Provide high-level customer service to our clients and their guests.
• Conduct access control duties.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Reliable means of transportation and communication.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
