Flex Security Officer - Reception Desk

This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting employees, visitors, and contractors, verifying credentials, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site policies.
• Answer phones, assist with directions, and communicate with building management and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, service needs, or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels and completing required reports.
• Support a professional lobby environment within a technology, media, or telecommunications location by helping to deter unauthorized access and maintaining awareness of security-related procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Schedule

DayTimeWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, with the flexibility to pick-up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.
