Flex Security Officer - Pontiac

About the role

Phoenix Integrated Security is seeking part-time, on-call security guards (Flex Pool) for our Pontiac location. Flex Pool employees are available to fulfill short-term employment needs and are not on a fixed schedule. This role reports to the On-Duty Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicles in the lot
• Check in vehicles entering and leaving the property
• Maintain clear communication of all details and findings
• Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues
• Report audit findings and actions taken to resolve them to management, the customer, and third-party vendors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Vehicle insurance or ability to obtain it

Physical Requirements

• Standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
• Visual acuity
• Reaching
• Ascending and descending stairs
• Lifting up to 20 lbs or more
