Flex Security Officer - Part-time

About the role

As a Response Security Officer, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, you’ll need to adapt with agility and precision.

Schedule

Part-time: 16 hours per week. Shifts include:

• Friday: 9:00pm - 5:00am
• Saturday: 5:00am - 1:00pm
• Monday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17.69 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive with strong problem-solving skills
• Open availability – no exceptions
• State license if required

Qualifications

Six months of security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
