Flex Security Officer – On-Call

About the role

On-call Security Officers are needed to cover shifts and emergency coverage needs at client sites in the Chicago South Suburbs. This role is suitable for candidates looking for flexible hours or aiming to transition to a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage at assigned client locations on an as-needed basis
• Conduct patrols, monitor premises, and maintain a visible security presence
• Respond to and document incidents, hazards, and policy violations
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation
• Follow site-specific post orders and company procedures at each location

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Active Illinois PERC Card preferred (ability to obtain before first day of work)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Clean background check and drug screening required

Pay & Schedule

Starting at $18.04 per hour, weekly pay with optional daily pay access.

Walk-in interviews are held every Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 4731 W. Midlothian Turnpike, Suite 35, Crestwood, IL 60418.
