Flex Security Officer - Elmira, NY
About the role
Securitas Security is seeking a full-time Security Officer to work at various locations in Elmira and the surrounding areas. Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle due to the lack of public transportation during work hours. The position requires a valid New York State Driver's License and successful completion of the Securitas Safe Drive Program. Applicants should be available to work evenings, nights, and weekends.

Requirements
No prior experience is required. Background in retail, food service, or hospitality industries is beneficial but not mandatory. Training will be provided for those without relevant experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Valid New York State Driver's License is mandatory. Successful completion of the Securitas Safe Drive Program is required. Must be able to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures is preferred.
