Role Overview
The full-time rotational program provides a foundational experience across Corporate Finance disciplines. In addition to traditional controllership and analysis work, you’ll gain exposure to tools and techniques shaping the field today, including automation, dashboarding, predictive analytics, and AI-supported modeling.
Expense Planning and Analysis Rotation
- Focus on quarterly and year-end financial reporting, analytics, and projections.
- Build reports, analyze trends, and deliver insights that inform business decisions.
- Partner with business leaders on budgeting, tracking performance against plan, and understanding key cost drivers.
Controllership - Individual Life and Disability Income Accounting Rotation
- Support financial close processes, regulatory and management reporting, and a strong control environment.
- Build a solid foundation in insurance accounting while working closely with business and finance partners to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in how finance and technology intersect.
- Exposure to or curiosity about AI tools and applications.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $65,000 – $92,500
Overtime Eligible: Exempt
Discretionary Bonus Eligible: Yes
Sales Bonus Eligible: No
