Flex Resource Registered Nurse - ICU Float Pool (PRN)

About the role

Where You Will Work Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Resource Team is a multi‑site resource team supporting ICU care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience
• Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend shift per 2 scheduled periods (Friday 1900 – Monday 0700)
• Holiday Requirement: 1 Holiday per year
